Managing an entire fleet can sometimes get complicated. TotalLocate helps make it easier.
That's what our engineers were thinking when they designed the TotalLocate operating system. It lets you load smaller applications one at a time, and then multi-task between different fleet management processes within one screen.
 Dynamic User Profiles
Using TotalLocate is as easy as opening up your web browser and logging in. The new system gives you more control over multiple users and access levels.
Restrict access to different applications: for example, grant only billing access to your accountants, and location information to your dispatcher. You can also tailor each user profile with different desktop backgrounds. The branding opportunities are endless!
 Multi-Task With Ease
Think about it: when you turn on your computer, it doesn't automatically load every single program you have. Imagine how long it would take if your email, web browser, spreadsheet, video, and gaming applications loaded up at the same time!
That's why we've added a menu button and an application dock. Use the menu button to load up fleet management applications, one at a time. When you open another one, the app you were just using minimizes to the application dock, ready to be called again the next time you need it.
Constant Real-Time Alerts
The TotalLocate OS continuously monitors your fleet of vehicles for new alerts. Find out right away if one of your vehicles has been speeding, or if it has entered or exited a predefined boundary (geofence).
Click another button and the OS will launch the Alarm Monitoring application, where you can view the alarm's full details as well as how to handle it.
